Charte sur la transparence de l'honoraire

Our lawyers, respecting the liberty of fees fixing, but concerned by a precise and preliminary information, make a commitment to assure a complete and sincere clarity on intervention costs, observing these following rules :

  1. To give a preliminary piece of information about the amount of flat charges or the means to determine it or to propose an agreement on fees, including eventually a fee on the result.
  2. To formalize by a written way a suggestion on expenses, which has to be approved by the client.
  3. To inform the client in case of some event which could modify the initial amount, leading to an evolution of the file.
  4. Be able to provide a detailed statement on expenses.
  5. In case of unfixed charges, to establish a billing through gradual expenses, and regularly keep the client in the know.
  6. To give to the client, at the end of a mission, or at the closing of a file, a detailed conclusion, précising the accomplished outgoing and reminding the whole fees.
  7. To put up and get the client to know this charter.

In accordance with the disposals of the article 10 of the RIN, this charter can become public.
